How does it work?

Step

1

Getting in touch

Once you complete our online contact us form, our Patient Operations Manager will get in touch. We will send you our information booklet which details our plans and services for you to look through. When you are ready we will schedule a call with you to hear about your needs and to make sure our egg donor program is a good fit for you.

Our fertility experts are also available to you if you have any specific questions related to our donors. Feel free to ask any questions you may have about our program, donors, screening process, and treatment.

Manor Baby has strong established connections with Australian fertility clinics, providing a reliable, high-quality solution for those wishing to ship their chosen donor eggs to Australia. At this stage, we will only import donor eggs to clinics outside of Victoria.

Step

2

Matching with a donor

We will send you a registration form and ask you to specify any preferences you have regarding your donor. You can also send photos of yourselves to help us locate the best donor for you.

Once we receive your completed registration form, our Patient Operations Manager will give you access to our online Donor Portal. This portal holds all our available Australian compliant egg donors. You will be able to view the Donors profiles, which includes all relevant non identifying information about the donor, including her medical and genetic history, family medical history, her education, goals and aspirations and motivations to make this generous gift of donation.

You'll have the time you need to search through the database and our team will be there to support you as you make your decision.

Step

3

Signing an agreement

Once you find a donor you're happy with, you will sign a formal agreement to secure your choice of donor. This document will include full details of your chosen plan, payment terms and available methods.

You will also be asked to provide a deposit, which we will use to commence the preparation and the donation process for your donor.

Step

4

Contacting your clinic or physician

The Manor Baby team will contact your fertility specialist and clinic, to advise them of your choice to receive frozen donor eggs from Manor Baby.

We will work closely with your clinic's team, ensuring they have all the required information and paperwork needed for the donation.

Step

5

Prepping and retrieving the eggs

Your chosen donor will go through her stimulation treatment and egg collection locally. The process is managed by Professor Orvieto and our dedicated Manor Baby team. Egg collection will be scheduled based on stimulation progress.

For every egg collection performed, our experienced clinical embryologists fly in from Israel to complete the specialised laboratory processes to collect, inspect, prepare and freeze the eggs. Manor Baby ensures that only the best eggs are frozen to give you the best chance of success.

Once the eggs are collected, you will be notified and we will then prepare your donor eggs for shipping to your clinic of choice.

Step

6

Shipping the eggs to you

Manor Baby will be in constant contact with your clinic and Fertility Specialist. We will make all the shipping arrangements and oversee the shipping process.

Once your eggs are frozen, we can have them shipped.
